Unser Kunde ist Spezialist für die Entwicklung, Produktion und den Vertrieb modernster Leergutrücknahmesysteme und sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams für die Bundesregion Wien und Niederösterreich einen Servicetechniker (m/w/d) 1 Servicetechniker (m/w/d) für Leergutrücknahmesysteme

Deine Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Reparatur bei Kunden vor Ort

* Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen für einen reibungslosen Anlagenbetrieb

* Einrichtung und Konfiguration der Systeme sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen

* Kompetente Betreuung der Kunden bei technischen Fragen und servicebezogenen Anliegen

* Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze sowie Durchführung von Inspektions- und Reinigungsarbeiten

Deine Qualifikationen

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im technischen Serviceumfeld sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit gängigen PC-Anwendungen und gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen mehrtägigen Dienstreisen

* Organisationsgeschick, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit gepaart mit einer lösungsorientierten Herangehensweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, ein professionelles Auftreten und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
