Aktuell suchen wir 1 Technical Procurement Expert (m/w/d) Arbeitsort: Weiz

Für ein international agierendes Unternehmen in Graz mit vielseitigen Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten, suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt einen Technical Procurement Expert (m/w/d) für Services/Civil/Ind. Material/Installation.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Durchführung von Ausschreibungen sowie Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen inklusive Claim-Management und Vergabeentscheidungen

* Identifikation und Umsetzung von Einsparungspotenzialen sowie Optimierung von Beschaffungsprozessen

* Verantwortung für die zugeordneten Warengruppen (Zukauf externen Personal, Montagen und IT Services) entlang des gesamten Beschaffungsprozesses

* Durchführung von Kosten- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen (z. B. Total Cost of Ownership - und Should-Cost-Analysen)

* Sicherstellung von Liefertreue, Qualität, Kostenentwicklung und Versorgungssicherheit

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung strategischer Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie die Analyse relevanter Beschaffungsmärkte

Ihre Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (zB: HAK)

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder Category Management, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen industriellen Umfeld

* Rechtliches Verständnis in den Bereichen Vertragsgestaltung, Compliance und Beschaffungsrecht ist ein Plus

* Expertise im Bereich Bedarfsplanung, Beschaffung, Logistik und Lieferantenmanagement

* Expertise in Verhandlungen und Vertragsmanagement

* Sicherer Umgang MS-Office, sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C1); weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Reisebereitschaft (20%)

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Kommunikationsstärke
