  • Monitor new developments, acquisitions, property sales, and other market activity that may create business opportunities for TRG.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients and industry contacts and assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, property tours, and client meetings as a representative of TRG Management.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of prospects, opportunities, contacts, and follow-up activities.

Owner & Client Relationships

  • Develop and maintain relationships with multifamily owners, developers, brokers, investors, and other industry professionals.
  • Support senior leadership in understanding prospective clients' investment strategies, operational needs, and management expectations.
  • Assist with communicating TRG Management's capabilities, services, and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Help maintain relationships throughout the business development process and after new properties are onboarded.

Proposals & Deal Support

  • Assist with the preparation of management proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and other business development materials.
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, accounting, and revenue management teams to gather information for prospective opportunities.
  • Assist with property research, market analysis, financial information, and preliminary underwriting.
  • Support senior leadership during client presentations, negotiations, and management agreement discussions.
  • Assist with due diligence and the transition of newly awarded properties to the operations team.

Market Research

  • Stay informed on South Florida's multifamily market trends, including new development, acquisitions, ownership changes, rents, occupancy, and competitive activity.
  • Identify potential target properties and ownership groups for TRG's business development efforts.
  • Track competitors and industry activity to help identify new opportunities.
  • Assist with maintaining market data and reports used to support business development efforts.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, market materials, property analyses, and client communications.
  • Provide regular updates on prospect activity, pipeline development, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Help ensure a professional and consistent experience for prospective clients throughout the business development process.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in multifamily real estate, property management, real estate brokerage, investment, development, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in multifamily real estate and business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with owners, developers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to understand basic property financials and operating metrics.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
