DEIN SCOPE

Wir verbinden Maschinenkompetenz mit intelligenter Software – von Embedded-Systemen bis zu vernetzten Lösungen für die Industrie. So treiben wir die digitale Transformation voran. Du kannst uns dabei unterstützen!

  • In deiner neuen Rolle analysierst du komplexe, interdisziplinäre Systeme und definierst Systemkontext, -grenzen und Schnittstellen über Fachdomänen hinweg (z. B. Mechanik, Elektronik, Software).
  • Du entwickelst Systemfeatures und -funktionen, -architekturen und -modelle auf Basis von Anforderungen in Text- und Modelform und erstellst logische, funktionale und technische Systemarchitekturen.
  • Außerdem stimmst du dich regelmäßig mit angrenzenden Bereichen und Feature-Verantwortlichen ab und arbeitest eng mit Hardware- und Softwareentwicklung, Integration, Verifikation & Validierung, Safety, Security, Qualität und Projektmanagement zusammen.
  • Du verfolgst moderne, strukturierte Ansätze wie beispielsweise Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Darüber hinaus analysierst du Normen und Standards, führst Stakeholderanalysen und -interviews durch und übernimmst Verantwortung für Systemlösungen über den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus – von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienfreigabe.
  • Du erstellst, überprüfst und verwaltest Anforderungen gemäß anerkannten Standards (z. B. IREB, ASPICE, INCOSE) und stellst die Traceability sicher.
  • Du führst Dekompositionen von Anforderungen auf unterschiedliche Abstraktionsebenen (Fahrzeug bis Komponenten, inkl. SW) durch.
  • Zudem stellst du die Traceability her und stimmst dich mit angrenzenden Schnittstellen wie Test, Komponente und Architektur ab.

DEIN PROFIL

Du willst Veränderungen vorantreiben und hast dabei keine Scheu, alte Pfade zu verlassen. Du willst Verantwortung für Projekte übernehmen und diese zum Erfolg führen. Du willst innovative Kunden und Projekte akquirieren und gewinnen.

Das sind bereits gute Voraussetzungen. Zudem bringst du noch mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches (Fach-) Hochschulstudium mit Berufserfahrung im Systems Engineering / Systems Architecture
  • Verständnis von Entwicklungsprozessen nach ASPICE, ISO 15288, ARP4754, ISO 26262 oder vergleichbaren Normen
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsverständnis und Detailtreue sowie eine strukturierte, selbständige und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß an Kommunikation und eine ausgeprägte Moderationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

NICE TO HAVE

  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit den gängigen Systems Engineering Tools wie z. B. DOORS, Enterprise Architect, Cameo Systems Modeler oder MagicDraw mit
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit MBSE sowie im Automotive-, Aviation- oder vergleichbaren Sektoren
  • Expertise in der Akquise und technischen Kundenkommunikation
  • Kenntnisse in Simulations- oder Modellierungsumgebungen (MATLAB/Simulink, SysML, UML)
