Objetivo do cargo

Supervisionar a equipe e as operações da oficina, garantindo a qualidade dos serviços, a segurança dos profissionais, o cumprimento dos prazos e a produtividade. Assegurar que as manutenções e os reparos atendam aos padrões dos fabricantes e às necessidades dos clientes.

Principais atividades

  • Planejar e distribuir os serviços conforme a prioridade, os prazos e a capacidade técnica da equipe.
  • Acompanhar as ordens de serviço, desde o recebimento do equipamento até a conferência e a liberação técnica.
  • Apoiar a equipe no diagnóstico de falhas mecânicas, elétricas, eletrônicas e hidráulicas.
  • Supervisionar manutenções preventivas, corretivas, revisões e reparos, conforme os procedimentos dos fabricantes.
  • Conferir a execução dos serviços e os testes de funcionamento, reduzindo retrabalhos e reincidências.
  • Acompanhar produtividade, horas trabalhadas, cumprimento de prazos, retrabalho e qualidade dos serviços.
  • Alinhar com o atendimento de serviços e o setor de peças os orçamentos aprovados, a disponibilidade de componentes e as previsões de entrega.
  • Informar os responsáveis sobre atrasos, necessidades adicionais de reparo e situações que possam afetar o atendimento ao cliente.
  • Garantir o registro dos diagnósticos, serviços executados, peças aplicadas e evidências necessárias às solicitações de garantia.
  • Orientar, desenvolver e avaliar a equipe, identificando necessidades de treinamento e acompanhando novos colaboradores.
  • Zelar pela organização da oficina, conservação das ferramentas, controle dos equipamentos de medição e uso adequado dos recursos.
  • Cumprir e fazer cumprir os procedimentos de segurança, utilização de EPIs, descarte de resíduos e normas internas.
  • Apoiar a programação dos atendimentos externos e prestar suporte técnico à equipe de campo, quando necessário.
  • Atuar em conformidade com o Código de Ética e Conduta da Triama Norte.

Requisitos mínimos

Requisito

Descrição

Escolaridade

Ensino superior completo e formação técnica em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Manutenção Automotiva ou área relacionada.

Experiência técnica

Experiência comprovada em manutenção de máquinas, equipamentos ou veículos compatíveis com a operação da oficina.

Liderança

Experiência na liderança de equipes técnicas ou na coordenação de atividades de manutenção.

Conhecimentos técnicos

Mecânica, sistemas hidráulicos, elétrica e eletrônica aplicada; leitura de manuais, diagramas e procedimentos técnicos.

Gestão de serviços

Conhecimento de ordens de serviço, planejamento de manutenção, distribuição de tarefas e controle de prazos.

Informática

Conhecimento básico de planilhas, sistemas de gestão de oficina e ferramentas de diagnóstico.

Segurança

Conhecimento dos procedimentos de segurança aplicáveis à manutenção e à operação da oficina.

Habilitação

CNH categoria B válida, quando houver necessidade de deslocamentos ou condução de veículos na função.
