Mit der Klinik Zugersee und den dezentralen Ambulatorien stellen wir die psychiatrische Versorgung in den Kantonen Uri, Schwyz und Zug sicher. Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten ------------------------

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung des Behandlungszentrums für Akut\- und Allgemeinpsychiatrie zusammen mit der Pflegeleitung
  • Förderung einer hohen Behandlungsqualität, Weiterbildung und Supervision des Teams
  • Teilnahme am kaderärztlichen Hintergrunddienst
  • Aktive Vernetzung mit unseren weiteren Standorten sowie externen Zusammenarbeitspartnern

Sie bringen dafür mit ----------------------

  • Facharzttitel Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie, fundierte klinische Erfahrung im Bereich Akutpsychiatrie
  • Patienten\-, team\-, und netzwerkorientierte Arbeitsweise, integrativer Führungsstil
  • Fundierte Führungserfahrung an psychiatrischen Institutionen
  • Evidenzbasierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Sozialkompetenz, vernetztes Denken und Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
