That's where you, our Sales Specialist (called a Protocol Review Specialist in our world), make the difference. Without you, men miss out on better energy, strength, and confidence, and our mission stalls. With you? What You'll Do:

  • Sell: You'll sell products and services for our human health clients, by taking scheduled appointments (not cold calls) every day.
  • Grow: Work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming clients' prospects into brand loyalists.
  • Learn: Work closely with our dedicated leaders, leveraging our top-notch training resources to master the art of selling and representing Tribe's ethos.
  • Earn: Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.
  • Live: Work from home in a global remote environment to have more time for what really matters, because commutes aren't fun.
  • Sales Ethics: We are highly compliant and sell ethically, following all regulatory requirements of the FTC, never overpromising what a product can do or making unsubstantiated claims.
  • Brand Integrity: We partner with brands that care about what their selling, working with those who sell products of the highest quality and follow strict FDA regulations.

What We Offer:

Choose the pay structure that best fits your goals—both offer uncapped commission potential, with estimated first-year on-target earnings: $55,000–$100,000, with uncapped upside based on performance.

  • Hourly + Commission: Earn your applicable state minimum hourly pay, paid every pay period and never offset against commission, plus 4%–12% commission on net sales every two weeks.
  • Higher-Commission Plan: Earn 14%–17% commission on net sales (approximately 20%–25% of gross sales) every two weeks. If your commission falls below your applicable state minimum wage, you’ll receive a non-recoverable minimum earnings guarantee—you will never owe it back or have it deducted from future commissions.
  • Paid Sales Training: Your first week you'll be deep in training, learning everything about our sales scripts, process, compliance, and learning our systems such as, Rippling, Salesforce, and Vonage.

What We're Looking For:

  • Highly-driven self-starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
  • Knowledge, background, or genuine passion around human health, fitness, or performance nutrition.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication and a knack for building genuine connections.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
  • Reliable internet and equipment, since this role involves frequent phone and video calls requiring clear, uninterrupted conversations.

This means you should have:

  • A fast, reliable laptop or desktop with a working mic, camera, and headset to comfortably run our call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.
  • Ethernet connection strongly preferred for the most consistent call quality (usually just an inexpensive cable connecting your device to your modem).
  • Dedicated internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.
