Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass aus Ideen Entscheidungen und aus Entscheidungen Ergebnisse werden.

Als Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling & Organisation bist Du zentrale Ansprechperson für organisatorische, analytische und koordinative Themen. Du schaffst Transparenz, bereitest Entscheidungen vor, steuerst Projekte und stellst sicher, dass Informationen, Termine und Maßnahmen zuverlässig zusammenlaufen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Verantwortung für ein strukturiertes Controlling/Reporting inkl. Kennzahlenaufbereitung
  • Unterstützung bei Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozessen
  • Koordination, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Vorstandssitzungen und Terminen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Protokollen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Erstellung von Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Eigenständige Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Umfeld der Geschäftsleitung
  • Aufbereitung betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen und Mangement-Informationen
  • Steuerung und Koordination bereichsübergreifender Projekte

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder im Umfeld Controlling, Unternehmenssteuerung, Projektmanagement oder Beratung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, auf Augenhöhe mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpersonen zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Du kannst mit vielfältigen Ad-hoc-Aufgaben umgehen und im Sinne des Unternehmens priorisieren
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Management-Reports und strategischen Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Hohe analytische Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, regelmäßig vor Ort zu arbeiten (3 Tage/Woche in Detmold oder Fellbach)
