Security Officer | Westfield Tea Tree Plaza Trident Services Australia is seeking professional and licensed Full-Time and Part-Time Security Officers to join our team at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza. These roles offer a stable, set roster and the opportunity to play an important part in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused retail environment. About the RoleAs a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining safety and supporting daily operations across these dynamic centres, assisting customers, managing incidents, and working closely with center management and emergency services to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all. Key responsibilities include:
Providing professional and friendly front-line customer service
Responding to medical, emergency and security-related incidents
Monitoring safety risks and reporting hazards or suspicious activity
Supporting centre operations through crowd management and conflict de-escalation
Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols
What You'll Need:
Current SA Security Licence with Crowd Control function
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Strong communication skills and customer service focus
Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
High standard of presentation and professionalism
