Description du poste

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, nous recherchons un(e) Supply Chain Quality & Data Engineer ayant un profil orienté Qualité, doté(e) de solides compétences analytiques et d'une bonne compréhension des processus industriels et Supply Chain.

Le/la candidat(e) sera chargé(e) d'analyser les données opérationnelles, de piloter les indicateurs de performance et d'identifier les axes d'amélioration afin d'optimiser la performance des activités Supply Chain et la qualité des processus.

Missions principales :

  • Analyser les données liées à la Supply Chain afin d’identifier les tendances, risques et opportunités d’amélioration.
  • Mettre en place et suivre les KPI de performance (OTD, lead time, backlog, performance fournisseurs, niveaux de stock, qualité, etc.).
  • Réaliser des analyses de causes racines et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord et reportings de pilotage.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Supply Chain, Production, Achats et Qualité pour soutenir la prise de décision et les projets d’amélioration continue.
  • Exploiter les données issues des systèmes ERP et outils de reporting (Power BI, Excel, SAP, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d’Ingénieur en Qualité, Génie Industriel, Supply Chain, Data Analytics ou équivalent.
  • Expérience en environnement industriel/manufacturier.
  • Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et des outils de visualisation de données (Power BI idéalement).
  • Bonne connaissance des indicateurs Supply Chain et des méthodologies d’amélioration continue (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de communication.
