  • Erstellung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnungen für unsere Mandanten
  • Führen der digitalen Personalakten der Mitarbeitenden unserer Mandanten
  • Ansprechpartner unserer Mandanten in allen Fragen für das Thema Personal / LohnKlärung von sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Sachverhalten
  • Erstellung von Bescheinigungen
  • Begleiten von Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteueraußenprüfungen
  • Lohnkontenklärung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzbuchhaltung

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
  • Eigenverantwortliche, organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Software-Programmen Weiterführende Kenntnisse DATEV LODAS Grundkenntnisse DATEV Personal, DATEV Eigenorganisation Grundkenntnisse Microsoft-Office-Produkte (Word, Teams, Excel, selten PowerPoint)
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (keine Fremdsprachenkenntnisse notwendig)
  • Digitalisierungsbegeisterung
