You're an expert bridge engineer with 15+ years of structural design under your belt. You've solved complex problems, managed multiple projects, and earned respect for your technical depth. We're expanding our technical team, and we need a Senior Bridge Engineer who can handle complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to business development.

What you will lead:

Lead & Deliver Complex Bridge Projects

  • Analyze data, perform calculations, and evaluate solutions that balance technical excellence with practical delivery.

Mentor & Develop Junior Engineers

  • Train junior engineers in design methodology, problem-solving, and technical excellence.
  • Guide project teams and share your expertise.
  • Shape the next generation of bridge engineers.

Support Projects Through All Phases

  • Lead design development, respond to RFIs, review shop drawings, and provide construction-phase problem-solving.
  • Ensure projects succeed from design through delivery.

Contribute to Technical Excellence

  • Ensure designs meet AASHTO LRFD standards, FDOT requirements, and DRMP's quality standards.
  • Lead design reviews and set technical direction on projects.

What you bring:

Must Have:

  • Licensed PE (PE/SE in Florida preferred; ability to obtain Florida registration required)
  • 10+ years post-registration structural engineering experience
  • 15+ years bridge design and plans production experience (concrete, steel, retaining walls, culverts, etc.)
  • Proficiency with bridge design software (FB Multi-Pier, Leap Bridge, CSi, STAAD, FDOT tools, etc.)
  • Expert-level CADD proficiency (OpenBridge, MicroStation, GEOPAK, AutoCAD, or similar)
  • Deep knowledge of AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications and FDOT standards
  • Proven ability to mentor junior staff and guide technical teams
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills

Nice to Have:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
