If you're interested in working on meaningful transportation projects and growing your engineering career, let's talk.

The Role

You'll dive into traffic analysis and engineering calculations on real projects while working closely with Project Managers and clients. You'll own parts of the project lifecycle, from initial analysis through permitting and delivery—and help guide junior team members as you grow. This is a chance to build solid engineering skills while making an impact on transportation infrastructure.

What you will lead:

  • Perform engineering calculations and traffic analysis using industry-standard tools
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on project execution and client relationships
  • Keep stakeholders informed on project progress and permitting timelines
  • Schedule and document project meetings and coordinate with teams
  • Support client and review agency communication
  • Analyze technical challenges and develop improved solutions
  • Lead coordination for small to mid-size transportation projects
  • Mentor new team members on project work and DRMP standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely project submissions and data tracking

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with E.I. certificate (in your work state), OR Associate's Degree/Technical Certification in a related field
  • 0–4 years of progressively responsible experience (ideally in A/E/C industry) with public and private sector projects
  • Experience with Synchro/SimTraffic and HCS software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong project management fundamentals and time management
  • Excellent verbal communication with colleagues, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Organized approach to managing deliverables, data, and field notes
  • Strong writing skills for reports, proposals, and cost estimates

DRMP Offers

  • Excellent compensation package
  • Outstanding holiday and paid-time-off programs
  • 401(k) Plan and Match
  • Career Path Development Program (Management & Technical Career Tracks)
  • Mentorship Program
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Parental Leave
  • Competitive health and dental insurance premiums
  • Variety of voluntary benefit options
  • Short-Term Disability/Long-Term Disability
  • Company-furnished life insurance
  • Employee Assistant Program (EAP)
  • Flexible Spending Account

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
