Propósito do Cargo

O Auditor de Faturas é responsável por processar todas as auditorias de fretes e faturas na plataforma FRED (ou outra ferramenta interna). Deve aprovar processos ou resolver bloqueios (via correções na plataforma, Issue Resolution ou Jira Task) em até 48 horas. Atividades adicionais incluem checagem de duplicidade de faturas (invoice duplication check), limpeza de conta, inputs manuais e reports customizados.

Principais Responsabilidades/Atividades:

  • Navegação e utilização da plataforma web de Auditoria de Frete da Transporeon e ferramentas de suporte;
  • Auditoria de faturas de frete e dados de remessa:

o Validade e correção dos dados;

o Cálculo de custos e sua verificação de acordo com as condições da tabela de preços;

  • Otimização de processos de negócios;
  • Conhecimento profundo das especificidades e peculiaridades dos Clientes e do processamento de dados;
  • Acionar o Líder da Equipe de Auditoria em tempo hábil caso o produto final da equipe de Auditoria não possa ser entregue no prazo.
  • Comunicar-se com outras equipes por meio da plataforma JIRA em relação aos requisitos do trabalho;
  • Comunicar-se com partes externas (Clientes, Transportadoras) através da plataforma web Transporeon Freight Audit (Resolução de Problemas).
  • Resultados Esperados para a Empresa:

• Todas as ações exigidas pela Transporeon Freight Audit são finalizadas dentro dos KPIs internos;

• O processo de auditoria de faturas é finalizado (fatura aprovada) dentro do prazo de pagamento, através de uma abordagem proativa no tratamento de dados e minimização de riscos potenciais.

  • 1. KPIs Internos

a. 2 dias úteis é o KPI comum para a finalização das etapas do lado da Transporeon Freight Audit relacionadas ao processamento de dados (descrição detalhada disponível no SOP de OD para cada função/etapa)

b. SLA (Acordo de Nível de Serviço) na plataforma JIRA Service Desk

c. Data de vencimento nas tarefas internas do JIRA

  • 2. Data de vencimento do pagamento da fatura (quando aplicável, de acordo com o processo).

Qualificações Necessarias:

  • Necessario laudo de comprovação para PDC.
  • Nivel Superior em Auditoria/Logística/Relações Econômicas Internacionais/Bancos e Finanças ou áreas correlatas
  • Conhecimento em Logística será um diferencial.
  • Experiência mínima em Finanças/Auditoria pode ser um diferencial.
  • Inglês nível intermediário.
  • Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office; Excel avançado.
  • Atenção aos detalhes;
  • Flexível;
  • Proativo na resolução de problemas;
  • Facilidade de aprendizado;
  • Espírito de equipe;
  • Capacidade de priorizar e realizar múltiplas tarefas.
