AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing Trimble's global digital commerce roadmap. You will pioneer AI-assisted commerce, Agentforce, and agentic digital sales models, directly influencing revenue growth and shaping how global customers discover and acquire industrial technology solutions worldwide.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Champion the global eCommerce growth strategy by identifying, piloting, and scaling digital sales models and localized market expansions.
  • Pioneer next-generation commerce capabilities, driving adoption of Agentforce, conversational commerce, AEO/GEO discovery, and agentic workflows.
  • Accelerate conversion and incremental bookings across the end-to-end customer journey from trial acquisition to retention and win-back.
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate commercial performance, business cases, and growth forecasts into high-impact strategic initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years driving measurable revenue growth across global eCommerce, SaaS, or digital commerce environments.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling international market expansion programs and digital sales initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of emerging commerce technologies, including AI-assisted selling, Agentforce, search optimization (AEO/GEO), and automation.
  • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize digital revenue pipelines.

Bonus Points For:

  • Hands-on experience implementing agentic commerce architectures or conversational AI sales tools.
  • Proven success building scalable experimentation frameworks that turn emerging tech into repeatable commercial revenue.

Logistics:

Location: Westminster, CO — In Office

Travel Requirement: Up to 10%

Compensation: 119,600.00-164,700.00 (base + commission)

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
