So if you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every single qualification in the job description, nobody’s perfect – and we encourage you to apply. You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Lead Product Operations Analyst within TriNet’s Products organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a best-in-class product operating model. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence across the end to end product lifecycle—from ideation and discovery through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.

This is a highly hands-on, outcomes-driven role with ownership of iterative process improvement at scale. You will lead the design, implementation, and measurement of product operations frameworks, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and data-driven decision making while enabling teams to deliver value faster and with greater impact.

Essential Duties/Responsibilites

• Lead product lifecycle process excellence in partnership with Engineering, Business, and Portfolio/Program leaders to enable scalable, high impact delivery.

• Lead the adoption of modern product methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean), tailoring practices to organizational maturity to maximize effectiveness and uptake.

• Lead data driven storytelling that translates product performance metrics into clear insights on company outcomes and decision making.

• Lead strategic recommendations on operational priorities and risks critical to the success and scalability of the product organization.

• Lead cross business alignment to ensure product execution advances shared, company wide strategic objectives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
