  • Administer assigned assessment platforms, including user access, student rosters, testing windows, and reporting permissions.
  • Coordinate data imports, exports, and roster updates with the Data Coordinator and Technology.
  • Validate student identifiers, campus assignments, grade levels, course enrollment, and other fields needed for accurate assessment reporting.
  • Reconcile discrepancies among assessment platforms, student information systems, and district reports.
  • Maintain procedures for identifying, documenting, assigning, and resolving data errors.
  • Verify assessment completion and data accuracy before releasing district reports.
  • Maintain organized records of assessment files, reporting specifications, and recurring data processes.

Analysis and Reporting

  • Prepare recurring assessment reports for district leaders, campus administrators, and instructional teams.
  • Disaggregate results by campus, grade level, content area, student group, and assessed standard, as appropriate.
  • Compile performance trends that help leaders identify strengths, unfinished learning, and students needing additional support.

  • Prepare validated data files and supporting analyses for accountability projections under the Senior Director’s direction.
  • Support executive and board reporting by verifying source data, calculations, labels, and reporting periods.

  • Provide clear explanations of report definitions, assessment measures, and appropriate uses of results.

Campus Support and Training

  • Serve as a primary contact for campus questions about assessment administration, platforms, and reporting.
  • Develop practical guidance documents, training materials, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Train campus leaders and designated staff to locate, interpret, and use assessment reports.
  • Coordinate with Teaching and Learning to ensure assessment results are available for scheduled data meetings and instructional planning.
  • Maintain a process for tracking support requests, resolving recurring issues, and escalating concerns.
  • Gather campus feedback and recommend improvements to assessment procedures and reporting tools.

Academic Systems Support

  • Support academic data validation in Skyward and related systems as assigned by the Senior Director.
  • Coordinate checks of enrollment, course, and roster information that affect assessment assignments and reporting.
  • Assist with master schedule data reviews and identify discrepancies affecting assessment participation or academic reports.
  • Support validation of graduation, course completion, and college, career, and military readiness data in collaboration with designated program owners.

  • Coordinate assessment and reporting workflows with the Data Coordinator.
  • Monitor progress, communicate risks, and escalate issues that could affect testing or reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain assigned vendor contacts, service requests, and platform support records.
  • Recommend improvements that reduce manual work, strengthen data accuracy, and simplify campus procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Accountability, Assessment, and Academic Systems.

  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing
