Trinity is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Analytics organization with a focus on delivering data and AI-enabled analytics solutions. This role blends strong analytics execution, business understanding and practical application of AI (including GenAI and LLM-based approaches) across commercial use cases.

Trinity is a 1400-person, global organization that partners with ~350 life sciences companies annually. At the highest level, we provide Strategy, Insights, and Analytics support. Within Analytics, we have well-established SME verticals (e.g., forecasting, sales analytics, commercial data solutions, data science, AI/ML solutions).

Trinity is investing in expanding our Analytics Strategy team, a seller-doer group that owns client relationships and overall account delivery. Senior Consultants are responsible for delivery excellence, while helping scale Trinity’s AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Position Summary

Trinity is seeking a talented, committed, and entrepreneurial individual to join our Enterprise Analytics Delivery (EAD) team as a Sr. Consultant. The EAD team acts as the pan-analytics backbone, orchestrating end-to-end execution, client partnership, and commercial growth for complex analytics programs. The Consultant is responsible for:

  • Developing analysis design for client problems, with responsibility for quality, timeliness, and business impact
  • Ensuring technical rigor across a range of analytics approaches (from descriptive and diagnostic analysis to advanced analytics and AI/ML)

The ideal candidate for this position will contribute to the firm’s success through a strong work ethic, particularly in team settings, and can communicate with statisticians, data analysts, and business stakeholders alike. The Sr. Consultant should be able to independently run complex analyses, while guiding junior team members and bringing in relevant life sciences context.

Position Responsibilities:

This role is an important position within our team, engaging directly with global clients, leading internal teams, building capabilities and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and collaborating with

seamlessly with integrated Trinity teams across US, EU, and APAC.

Delivery Leadership

  • Lead specific analytical workstreams within a project, from problem framing and workplan development through analysis, synthesis, quality review, and final recommendations.
  • Understand and work with secondary RWE datasets such as claims, EMR, sales Data, Patient Level Datasets, and other real-world data sources to support commercial and analytical insights generation (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony, Flatiron, Definitive)
  • Partner with senior project leaders within Trinity to understand and refine the 'contextual why' for business questions and structure the insights such that inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Be responsible for analysis execution using a selection of tools like Excel (along with Copilot), SQL, R, Python, or other analytical tools
  • Identify gaps in analysis plan and data limitations as project progresses, and communicate effectively with project leaders to ensure resolution
  • Apply advanced data science methodologies and AI/ML models for client problems, support the design and deployment Trinity’s technology solutions in client environments.

Mentoring and Coaching

  • Mentor and review the work of Associates, Associate Consultants and Consultants, providing feedback to strengthen problem solving, analytics execution, and client readiness.
  • Serve as direct people manager and own reporting lines; Coach team members to build stronger analytical, project management, and communication skills through day-to-day guidance and apprenticeship.
  • Teach junior team members how to use AI tools and automation responsibly in analytics delivery and operational workflows.
  • Support capability building across the EAD team by identifying development opportunities and helping junior staff grow.

Business Development Support

  • Gain methodological/ analytics approach expertise by aiding in proposal development as needed.
  • Contribute to pitch materials and case examples that showcase EAD capabilities across forecasting, brand analytics, RWE, access analytics, sales analytics, advanced modeling, AI/ML, and AI-enabled delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, scientific, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of direct work experience in a related field (life sciences consulting, biopharma analytics, and/or general consulting).

Other Important Skills:

  • Experience in life sciences, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech business questions and data.
  • Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python, with the ability to execute and review complex analyses.
  • Experience across commercial, market, customer, and evidence-generation use cases, including

forecasting, segmentation, sales or performance analytics, access analytics, and advanced modeling.

  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, scenario analysis, machine learning, deployment-oriented workflows, and AI-enabled productivity or automation tools.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members in a professional services, consulting, or analytics environment.
  • Knowledge of implementing custom AI Agents is a plus.
