CONTREMAÎTRE DE PRODUCTION

Mobilisateur et créateur de changement

Relevant du vice-président aux opérations, le Contremaître de production jouera un rôle clé au sein de l’organisation et de la gestion de sa croissance. Plus spécifiquement, les principales responsabilités du contremaître de production seront les suivantes :

Supervision des travaux techniques:

  • Suivi des budgets de production
  • Respect des dates de livraison
  • Gestion de la qualité
  • Suivi des non-conformités
  • Résolution des enjeux opérationnels

Gestion du personnel:

  • Recrutement & formation continue
  • Programme interne de polyvalence
  • Assigner les ressources par projet
  • Gestion des horaires de travail
  • Supervision de l’utilisation et productivité des ressources

Améliorations continues:

  • Améliorations de l’usine et des espaces de travail
  • Optimisation des processus et des outils de travail
  • Évaluation des investissements en équipement, outillage et machinerie
  • Améliorations au processus de fabrication et assemblage
  • Guide des bonnes pratiques
  • Projets spéciaux avec la direction

Santé et sécurité:

  • Superviser la maintenance des équipements et du bâtiment
  • S’assurer d’un environnement de travail sain et sécuritaire pour tous

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Formation: Diplôme en ingénierie, gestion de production, ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience: vous avez un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience de l’industrie manufacturière
  • Langue: très bonne maîtrise du français et anglais fonctionnel, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
  • Organisation: capacité à gérer plusieurs initiatives et priorités de front
  • Orienté solution: créatif et débrouillard lorsque vous faites face à un obstacle
  • Esprit analytique: vous êtes en mesure d’identifier, analyser et quantifier les besoins et résultats
  • Motivateur: capacité à motiver une équipe et de communiquer de manière efficace
  • Joueur d’équipe: vous entretenez des relations harmonieuses et avez une facilité à établir un lien de confiance avec différent types de personnalités
  • Empathie: vous êtes juste, équitable et sans partie pris avec l’ensemble de l’équipe
