The CX & AI Operations Coordinator drives operational momentum within Tripadvisor’s Travel Experiences, leveraging AI tools and automation to elevate how we support global travelers. In this role, you will keep key experience initiatives strictly on track, monitor AI-driven support workflows, and deliver clear, actionable updates to leadership. Your core focus will be eliminating friction across the traveler journey—from booking tours and activities to on-the-ground support—ensuring our operations scale seamlessly to keep travelers moving.

Job Location: Hybrid

This role is a hybrid position that requires 2/3 days per week/month in our London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Experience & AI Updates: Lead operational reporting for leadership, translating traveler sentiment, support analytics, and AI bot performance into concise, executive-ready updates.
  • Oversee AI Support Implementations: Track and manage AI-driven projects, including automated traveler triage, AI copilot tools for support agents, and self-service knowledge bases for tours, attractions, and activities.
  • Track Deliverables & Keep Teams on Schedule: Monitor project timelines across Support, Engineering, Product, and Supply teams to ensure traveler-facing initiatives launch on schedule.
  • Optimize the Traveler Journey: Continuously identify operational friction in support ticketing and leverage AI automation to decrease response times for urgent, in-destination traveler inquiries.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure front-line traveler support teams are trained and aligned on new AI processes, maintaining clear standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years in customer operations, CX project management, or travel tech operations.
  • AI & Tech Literacy: Hands-on experience with modern AI-driven customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk AI, Intercom, Salesforce) and workflow automations.
  • Execution & Accountability: Proven ability to drive cross-functional accountability, clear project bottlenecks, and keep high-stakes deliverables moving.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a talent for converting complex operational data into digestible business updates.
  • Traveler Empathy: Passion for travel culture and a deep understanding of traveler pain points before, during, and after their booked experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace platforms (tours, attractions, activities).
  • Experience deploying generative AI features or automated chat resolution systems in a fast-paced global consumer environment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, Scrum Master, or PMP coursework).
  • Experience in a fast-paced tech, startup, or rapidly scaling corporate environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
