Your key responsibilities:

  • Active sales & customer service: Proactively engage with customers, offering tailored advice and memorable experiences.
  • Results-driven mindset: Consistently work with your team to reach and exceed store targets.
  • Store presentation: Maintain an inviting, premium, and inspiring retail space together with your team.
  • Brand ambassador: Proudly represent Satisfyer and GESKE – German Beauty Tech.

What sets you apart

  • Retail experience in sales, beauty, cosmetics, or wellness (1–2 years of experience in retail management).
  • Strong communication skills, great energy, and an approachable personality.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Flexibility to work retail shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00).
