Como Analista de Datos O&M, serás el puente entre los datos técnicos y la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Tu objetivo será monitorear visualizaciones y métricas operacionales clave (disponibilidad, rendimiento, PR y producción) de nuestros parques PMGD. Trabajarás codo a codo con el equipo de mantenimiento para jerarquizar acciones que maximicen la rentabilidad del negocio y tendrás la responsabilidad de explicar estos resultados operacionales a dueños y administradores de activos.

El Desafío Técnico (Tu oportunidad de crecimiento): Estamos en plena evolución tecnológica. Actualmente estamos implementando Databricks, lo que representa una oportunidad única para que te sumerjas en el mundo del almacenamiento distribuido y el procesamiento de datos a gran escala. Si quieres pasar del reporte estático al análisis de datos avanzado, aquí tendrás el espacio para hacerlo.

¿Qué te hará triunfar con nosotros?

  • Formación: Profesional titulado de Ingeniería Civil Eléctrica, Ingeniería Civil Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Al menos 1 año desarrollando reportes de gestión o análisis de datos con Microsoft Power BI y Excel (Power Query).
  • Mentalidad: Capacidad analítica, organización y un enfoque proactivo para proponer mejoras constantes.
  • Soft Skills: Ser un jugador de equipo, autogestionado y con excelentes habilidades comunicativas para presentar resultados a clientes.
  • Plus: Conocimientos en Python, SQL y un alto interés por aprender sobre arquitecturas de datos modernas y generación de energía solar.
