Buscamos a una persona que quiera asumir un rol clave en el crecimiento de nuestro negocio de Autoconsumo, liderando la planificación y ejecución de proyectos, fortaleciendo la relación con nuestros clientes y asegurando resultados sostenibles en plazo, costo, calidad y rentabilidad.

Más que un perfil altamente técnico, buscamos a alguien con visión de negocio, orientación comercial, capacidad de gestión y habilidad para articular equipos internos, proveedores y especialistas externos.

Tu principal desafío

Transformar los proyectos adjudicados en experiencias exitosas para nuestros clientes y en resultados rentables para la compañía, anticipando riesgos, coordinando los recursos necesarios y manteniendo una mirada integral del negocio.

¿Qué harás?

  • Liderar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos de Autoconsumo.
  • Gestionar contratos, presupuestos, plazos, riesgos y rentabilidad.
  • Mantener una relación cercana con los clientes, comprendiendo sus necesidades e identificando nuevas oportunidades.
  • Coordinar equipos internos, contratistas, proveedores y especialistas externos.
  • Validar que las soluciones técnicas y adquisiciones respondan a las necesidades de cada proyecto.
  • Participar en la evaluación de nuevas oportunidades y en la elaboración de propuestas.
  • Implementar procesos e indicadores que permitan mejorar la eficiencia y anticipar desviaciones.
  • Reportar avances, resultados y riesgos a la Gerencia General.
  • Contribuir activamente al crecimiento y consolidación del negocio.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Eléctrica o carreras afines.
  • Mirada estratégica, orden, autonomía y capacidad para convertir planes en resultados.
  • 5 años de Experiencia liderando y planificando proyectos, idealmente en energía, construcción, infraestructura o industrias relacionadas.
  • Capacidad para gestionar simultáneamente distintos proyectos y actores.
  • Habilidades de negociación, comunicación y toma de decisiones.
  • Fuerte orientación comercial, financiera y de servicio al cliente.
  • Conocimiento de contratos, presupuestos e indicadores de gestión de proyectos.

No es indispensable que hayas ocupado anteriormente una posición gerencial. También queremos conocer a profesionales que hayan liderado proyectos, áreas o negocios y estén preparados para dar el siguiente paso en su desarrollo.

Buscamos potencial, criterio y capacidad para liderar. Los conocimientos técnicos especializados estarán disponibles a través de equipos y asesores externos; tu desafío será integrarlos, evaluar sus recomendaciones y asegurar que contribuyan al resultado del negocio.
