About Trivelta

Plateau Enterprises is the parent company overseeing a group of operating entities — Trivelta, Kerma Games, NextGenVentures, and Surt. IT Administration operates on Plateau's behalf and is authorized to make IT decisions across all entities under the umbrella, while keeping each entity's systems and data properly isolated from one another.

We're looking for an IT Manager to own this multi-entity IT environment end to end: identity and access, device management, vendor/MSP oversight, and the day-to-day systems that let a distributed team across the US, Mexico, and Spain do their jobs securely. This is a hands-on ownership role, not a pure people-management role — you'll set policy, manage the MSP relationship, and be the escalation point when something breaks.

About the Role

We're looking for a Systems Engineer to own and build out our IT function across our for companies. This role owns day-to-day operations while establishing scalable processes,

We're looking for a Systems Engineer to serve as the hands-on owner of our multi-entity IT environment, with 3-6 years of experience in IT management, systems engineering, or infrastructure roles. This is both a builder and operator role: you'll manage the day-to-day identity, endpoint, and collaboration stack while standing up the policies, tooling, and processes that let the IT function scale as headcount grows across our companies.

Responsibilities

  • Own IT Operations and Infrastructure end-to-end across [4] companies
  • Build out the IT department: policies, tooling, processes, and eventually a team
  • Manage identity, endpoint, and collaboration stack (Okta, Kandji, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, 1Password)
  • Own VPN and basic network/security posture (NordLayer or equivalent)
  • Manage AV systems for meeting rooms and offices, including Crestron and Google Meet hardware
  • Support basic networking (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls) and coordinate with security engineer/vendor on more advanced needs
  • Manage vendor relationships (MSPs, SaaS vendors, hardware suppliers, telecom/AV integrators) including contract negotiation and renewals
  • Support onboarding/offboarding for domestic and international employees, coordinating with HR/EOR providers on equipment and access
  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of concurrent, high-priority IT projects across multiple companies
  • Report on IT operations, incidents, budget, and roadmap to executive leadership
  • Streamline processes for efficiency and scalability as headcount grows
  • Manage IT budget and asset lifecycle across entities
  • Ensure basic security practices are followed (MFA, least privilege, patching, endpoint compliance)
  • Mentor/oversee IT Support staff or contractors

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in IT management, systems engineering, or infrastructure roles
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders
  • Comfortable presenting to and working directly with C-suite
  • Experience with general AV systems, specifically Crestron and Google Meet room hardware
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
  • Basic security practices (identity management, MFA, endpoint security, patching)
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
  • Experience supporting international employees/offices (equipment logistics, compliance considerations)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Atlassian, Okta, Kandji, Slack, Google Workspace, 1Password, NordLayer or equivalents

Nice to Have

  • Experience building an IT function from the ground up (0-to-1)
  • Experience supporting multiple business entities/subsidiaries
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL, Okta certification)
  • Experience with SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks
  • Prior people management experience

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
