Ben jij een organisatietalent dat houdt van afwisseling en dynamiek? Als planner zorg je voor het dagelijkse overzicht en de coördinatie van schoonmaakplanningen bij verschillende bedrijven. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde en je komt in een uitdagende omgeving terecht waar jouw skills echt het verschil maken!

Beantwoord je deze vragen met 'ja'?

  • Ben je sterk in communicatie en organisatie?
  • Kun je goed omgaan met veranderingen en druk?
  • Spreek je vloeiend Nederlands en heb je een basis in Engels?

Als planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het continu invullen en optimaliseren van de personeelsplanningen.
  • Het oplossen van lastminutewijzigingen en het opvangen van ziekte.
  • Het aanpassen van werkposten en uurroosters waar nodig.
  • Het nauw opvolgen van planningswijzigingen en hierover communiceren met de betrokken partijen.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met zowel de schoonmaakmedewerkers als de klanten.
  • Het opnemen van HR-gerelateerde opvolging en het doorgeven van vacatures en personeelsnoden.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste planner die zich kan vinden in het DNA van HiGENiUS. Je bent flexibel, oplossingsgericht en hebt een jonge geest. Je houdt van meedenken en kan snel schakelen in een veranderende omgeving. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je:

  • Vlot Nederlands spreekt en je voldoende kan behelpen in het Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Communicatief sterk bent en goed kan omgaan met verschillende niveaus en culturen.
  • Stevig in je schoenen staat en medewerkers op een duidelijke, respectvolle manier kan aansturen.
  • Goed kan organiseren, zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen en tegen verandering kan.
  • Er echt voor wil gaan en begrijpt dat een planning voortdurend in beweging is.
