Als HR Consultant ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor bedrijven en kandidaten. Je luistert naar de noden van je klanten, zoekt actief naar passende profielen en begeleidt het hele selectieproces.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Actief zoeken, screenen en selecteren van geschikte kandidaten.
  • Voeren van telefonische en face-to-face sollicitatiegesprekken.
  • Begeleiden van kandidaten doorheen het volledige selectieproces.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een kwalitatieve kandidatenpool, met focus op bediendeprofielen
  • Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van klantenrelaties.
  • Actief meedenken met klanten over hun personeels- en rekruteringsnoden.
  • Voorstellen van geschikte kandidaten en opvolgen van het verdere proces.
  • Proactief zoeken naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Opvolgen van kandidaten tijdens hun tewerkstelling en fungeren als aanspreekpunt.
  • Correct en nauwkeurig verwerken van de nodige administratie en dossiers.

Jouw profiel

  • Een HR Consultant is van nature een vlot, spontaan en sociaal persoon, maar weet een professionele houding aan te nemen.
  • Commercieel aangelegd zijn, een grote overtuigingskracht hebben en goed met de computer overweg kunnen zijn een must.
  • Ervaring in de sector is een pluspunt maar een goede motivatie komt op de eerste plaats.
  • Uitstekende kennis Nederlands, goede basiskennis Frans en Engels.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een hoger diploma aangezien je gaat werken met bediendeprofielen.
