Als Operational Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van het restaurant en de verschillende activiteiten, zoals bowling, karaoke, pool, arcade, darts en shuffle. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle afdelingen goed samenwerken en alles volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsstandaarden verloopt. Je coacht je medewerkers, bouwt aan een sterk team en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, zodat je snel kan inspelen op wat er gebeurt.

Op een doorsneedag hou je toezicht op het restaurant en de activiteiten, stuur je medewerkers aan, volg je bestellingen en leveringen op en bewaak je de voorraad. Je organiseert speciale evenementen en groepsreservaties en zorgt dat alles vlot en correct verloopt. Je let op veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit, en springt bij waar nodig om een optimale service te garanderen. Merk je een probleem op, dan zoek je direct een praktische oplossing.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen horeca, entertainment of een vergelijkbare sector.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt accuraat.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en pakt graag zelf zaken aan.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met operationele en financiële doelstellingen.
