Dan is deze functie als payroll administrator in Genk iets voor jou. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige payroll-proces van onze klanten. Je verzorgt aansluitingen en aangiften bij nieuwe medewerkers, zoals kinderbijslag en Dimona-aangiften. Je geeft advies bij het opstellen van arbeidsreglementen en arbeidsovereenkomsten. Daarnaast doe je maandelijkse, driemaandelijkse en jaarlijkse loonverwerking: je berekent het nettoloon en maakt de loonfiches op. Je begeleidt ook het einde van contracten en vertrek van medewerkers. Je zorgt voor een perfecte overeenstemming tussen de boekhouding en de ingediende aangiften.

Een typische werkdag bestaat uit het verwerken van loonadministratie, het beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en het opvolgen van wijzigingen in sociale wetgeving. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt van afwisseling en hebt graag contact met mensen.

  • Minimum 2 jaar ervaring in loonadministratie of HR-processen
  • Je hebt een analytische en nauwkeurige werkhouding
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Diploma secundair onderwijs, professionele bachelor, academische bachelor of master in een relevante richting
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent klantgericht
