Ben jij een ervaren projectmanager met focus op kwaliteit? Kun je verschillende partijen samenbrengen en proactief oplossingen aanreiken? Wil je werken aan innovatieve tunnelprojecten in Dessel en elders in West-Europa?

Als projectleider ben jij de centrale schakel tussen techniek, klant en planning. Jij bewaakt het hele proces: van de technische uitvoering tot de organisatie en het budget. Je stuurt de werfleiding en ploegen op locatie aan, werkt nauw samen met leveranciers en onderaannemers, en zorgt dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Daarnaast onderhoud je duurzame relaties met klanten en ben je hun eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf.

Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het opvolgen van de voortgang op de werf, het bijsturen waar nodig en het rapporteren aan de directie over de financiële en technische status. Je schakelt snel tussen operationele details en het grotere plaatje, zodat elk project succesvol wordt afgerond.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als projectmanager, bij voorkeur in civiele techniek of infrastructuur
  • Je werkt accuraat en bewaart het overzicht bij complexe projecten
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan schakelen tussen verschillende betrokken partijen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans, Engels en Duits
  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs, graduaat of (professionele/academische) bachelor
  • Je bent medior en klaar voor een volgende stap
