Votre missionEn tant que chef d’équipe, vous encadrez et participez activement aux travaux de pose d’isolation écologique sur différents chantiers.Vos responsabilités incluent notamment :

  • Encadrer une équipe de poseurs sur chantier
  • Organiser et répartir les tâches
  • Participer à la pose d’isolants (écologiques et traditionnels)
  • Veiller à la qualité d’exécution et au respect des délais
  • Assurer le respect des consignes de sécurité

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée dans la pose d’isolation (écologique ou non)
  • Bonne capacité à encadrer une petite équipe
  • Intérêt réel pour les techniques et matériaux écologiques
  • Esprit pratique, rigueur et sens des responsabilités
  • Permis B souhaité
