The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar een sterk administratief bediende, die het onthaal regelt. Er is nood aan iemand die op de vestiging klanten en leveranciers ontvangt, bestellingen opvolgt en beheer en in staat voor de algemene administratie van de dagelijkse werking.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als administratief bediende ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking en zorgt ervoor dat documenten, informatie en afspraken correct worden opgevolgd.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

• Verwerken en opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande e-mails

• Verzorgt telefonisch contact met klanten, leveranciers en andere partners. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van de organisatie.

• Opstellen, verwerken en opvolgen van bestelbonnen, afval ophaal, werfmeldingen, check-in@work,...

• Administratieve ondersteuning bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van projecten.

• Invoeren en actualiseren van gegevens in onze administratieve systemen. Beheer van files.

• Klasseren en digitaal archiveren van documenten.

• Opvolgen van bestellingen, leveringen en bijhorende documenten. Daarnaast contact onderhouden met alle leveranciers.

• Ondersteunen van collega's bij diverse administratieve taken. Bewaken van een overzichtelijke administratie en het respecteren van deadlines.

Jouw profiel:

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

• Je hebt een administratieve opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over relevante werkervaring.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.

• Je bent communicatief sterk en klantvriendelijk.

• Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, waaronder Outlook, Word en Excel.

• Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet prioriteiten te stellen.

• Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.

• Je bent discreet en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.

• Je werkt graag samen met collega's en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer.

• Je hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid en bent bereid om bij te leren.

Pluspunten:

• Ervaring in een administratieve functie binnen de bouw-, interieur- of schrijnwerksector.

• Ervaring met orderverwerking of projectadministratie.

• Technische interesse en affiniteit met schrijnwerk en interieurinrichting.
