The posting

Voor onze vestiging in Heverlee zijn we op zoek naar een voltijds Assistant Branch Manager.

In deze rol ben je:

  • Het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in onze bandencentrale
  • Je maakt prijsoffertes op, bespreekt deze met de klanten en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie
  • Je plaatst bestellingen en houdt de administratie in ons centraal systeem up-to-date.
  • Daarnaast rapporteer je aan de Branch Manager en ben je zijn/haar rechterhand in de organisatie van het filiaal.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de Branch Manager neem je een deel van zijn/haar verantwoordelijkheden over.
  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke klant weer vlot en veilig de weg op kan, daar haal jij trots en voldoening uit.
  • Je werkt om de week op zaterdagvoormiddag.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die aan de volgende vereisten voldoet:

  • Je bent commercieel, professioneel, communicatief en betrouwbaar.
  • Je hebt een passie voor de autosector.
  • Klanten helpen, concreet en vriendelijk, ligt in je natuur.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt jouw administratie altijd up-to-date.
  • Je ziet werk liggen, steekt de handen uit de mouwen en werkt jouw taken af.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend; de Filiaalleider kan op jou rekenen.
  • Respect voor mensen, materiaal en veiligheid staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je bent vaardig met de gangbare MS Office applicaties en hebt de drive om bij te leren.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over een diploma in een technisch of administratieve richting, zoals autotechniek of technisch-commercieel.
