Ben jij iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en technische dienstverlening laat draaien? Bij VMA zijn we op zoek naar een Contract Manager die overzicht bewaart, teams verbindt en ervoor zorgt dat technische onderhoudscontracten performant blijven draaien. Word jij ook een maker die met ons meebouwt aan de wereld van morgen?

Beantwoord jij de volgende vragen met ja?

  • Heb je minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een technische onderhoudsomgeving?
  • Ben je in staat om teams aan te sturen en te ondersteunen?
  • Communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands of Frans?

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudscontracten veilig, kwalitatief en rendabel worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je beheert een portefeuille van technische onderhoudscontracten.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, budget en contractuele afspraken.
  • Je volgt KPI’s, rapportering en facturatie op.
  • Je onderhandelt en beheert contracten en lastenboeken.
  • Je detecteert risico’s en stuurt bij waar nodig.

We zijn op zoek naar gemotiveerde collega’s met de juiste competenties. Een Bachelor of Master in elektromechanica, klimatisatie, industriële wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring is vereist. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een technische onderhoudsomgeving en ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Kennis van HVAC, elektriciteit en/of elektromechanica.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent klantgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands of Frans. Kennis van Engels is een plus.
