Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Transportplanner (M/V/X) die verantwoordelijk is voor het coördineren en plannen van zowel nationale als internationale ritten. In deze rol ben je een essentiële schakel in ons team en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt.

Herken jij jezelf in onderstaande vragen?

  • Heb je ervaring met het coördineren van transportprocessen?
  • Ben je sterk in communicatie met klanten en chauffeurs?
  • Heb je een goede kennis van de relevante wet- en regelgeving?

Als Transportplanner omvat jouw takenpakket onder andere:

  • Coördineren en plannen van import- en exportritten op een efficiënte en rendabele manier.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten en chauffeurs om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Bewaken en naleven van rij- en rusttijden conform de wetgeving.
  • Optimaliseren van de transportplanning en het zoeken naar de beste routes en oplossingen.
  • Opvolgen van laad- en losopdrachten en snel inspelen op wijzigingen of onvoorziene omstandigheden.
  • Kennis van softwaresystemen zoals TAS en Transics is een duidelijke plus.

Ben jij de ideale kandidaat voor deze functie? Dan herken je jezelf in de volgende punten:

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in transportplanning.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands, Frans, Engels en Duits (basiskennis/behelpen).
  • Je hebt een sterke geografische kennis van de Benelux en Duitsland.
  • Ervaring met TAS en/of Transics is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamspeler.
  • Goede kennis van het MS Office-pakket.
