Wil jij je carrière starten in de bouwsector en meewerken aan uitdagende projecten? Bij het bedrijf in Halen krijg je de kans om onder begeleiding van een ervaren site leader te werken aan het Green Turtle Project (Green Turtle - GIGA Storage België) en later ook aan andere projecten zoals spoorwegen, luchthavens en metro's.

Ben jij:

  • Bereid om zelfstandig in Halen te geraken om 05:00 uur?
  • Open voor nacht- en weekendwerk?
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B of bereid om dit te behalen?

Als Junior Projectcoördinator ondersteun je de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de bouwwerkzaamheden op de werf. Je coördineert en volgt de werkzaamheden van eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers. Je houdt de planning in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden volgens de afgesproken deadlines verlopen. Ook controleer je of de werken correct worden uitgevoerd volgens de bouwplannen, technische voorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.

Daarnaast zie je toe op de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en de orde op de werf. Je volgt de beschikbaarheid van bouwmaterialen, materieel en de nodige middelen op. Overleggen met de projectleider, architecten, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen is ook een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie. Je signaleert technische of organisatorische problemen op de werf en zoekt mee naar geschikte oplossingen. Stapsgewijs neem je meer verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de werf.

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste schoolverlater die zich wil ontwikkelen binnen de bouwsector. Om kans te maken op deze functie, vragen we het volgende:

  • Je hebt een bachelor in de bouw of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om te werken over heel België.
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Je bent een teamspeler die goed kan samenwerken met verschillende partijen en je bent oplossingsgericht. Je houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving en bent bereid om nieuwe verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet.
