Ben jij iemand die strategie moeiteloos omzet in sterke communicatie en concrete marketingacties? Voor een innovatieve B2B-organisatie zoeken we een hands-on marketing- en communicatieprofessional die overzicht creëert, kansen ziet en projecten van idee tot uitvoering opvolgt.

Kun je meerdere projecten tegelijk structureren zonder het overzicht te verliezen? Ja/Nee

In deze rol ga je aan de slag met het volgende takenpakket:

  • De overkoepelende marketingstrategie vertalen naar haalbare jaar- en actieplannen.
  • Prioriteiten, timing, budgetten en resultaten van marketingprojecten bewaken.
  • Een doordachte contentkalender uitwerken met aandacht voor expertise, projecten, productnieuws, innovatie, duurzaamheid en marktontwikkelingen.
  • Content creëren voor onder andere de website, mailings, sociale media, presentaties en commerciële communicatiemiddelen.
  • De online aanwezigheid verder versterken, met een belangrijke rol voor LinkedIn en andere relevante platformen.
  • Websitecontent actualiseren en verbeteren, van productpagina’s en referenties tot beeldmateriaal en structuur.
  • Projecten en realisaties vertalen naar aantrekkelijke cases, klantverhalen, foto- en videoreportages of testimonials.
  • Commerciële acties, lanceringen en campagnes voorbereiden in samenwerking met het salesteam.
  • Communicatie rond beurzen, events en kennisbijeenkomsten coördineren, zowel in de aanloop als op en na het evenement.
  • Mogelijkheden voor persaandacht signaleren en omzetten in gerichte PR-acties.
  • Brochures, salespresentaties en andere ondersteunende materialen up-to-date houden.
  • Bijdragen aan interne communicatie en aan de uitstraling van de organisatie als werkgever.
  • Externe specialisten – zoals ontwerpers, fotografen, copywriters en digitale partners – briefen, aansturen en opvolgen.
  • Marketingvragen van interne teams omzetten naar duidelijke projecten met concrete doelstellingen.
  • Campagne- en marketingdata analyseren, resultaten rapporteren en tijdig bijsturen.

We zoeken een zelfstandige en georganiseerde marketeer die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt. Je voelt aan welk verhaal op welk moment en via welk kanaal het meeste effect kan hebben. Tegelijk ben je praktisch ingesteld: je wacht niet af, maar zet ideeën om in actie. Herken jij jezelf in dit profiel?

  • Je hebt een opleiding in marketing, communicatie of een vergelijkbare richting, of je compenseert dit met relevante ervaring.
  • Je schrijft vlot, foutloos en afgestemd op doelgroep, kanaal en merkidentiteit.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende interne stakeholders en externe leveranciers.
  • Je begrijpt marketingresultaten en weet cijfers te vertalen naar verbeteracties.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of basiskennis van Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Google Ads, Google Analytics en online advertising.
  • Je kent de mogelijkheden van socialmedia-advertising, waaronder campagnes via Meta.
