Heb je een sterke technische interesse en wil je bijdragen aan een groeiend bedrijf in de voedingssector? Dan is deze functie als Teamleader Productie wellicht de perfecte uitdaging voor jou!

In de rol van Teamleader Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimale verloop van ons productieproces. Je stuurt dagelijks een team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers aan en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw team efficiënt, veilig en kwalitatief te werk gaat. Met jouw leidinggevende capaciteiten weet je een positieve werksfeer te creëren waarin iedereen zijn of haar beste beentje voorzet. Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel en combineert jouw leiderschap met een sterke technische achtergrond. Ervaring in de voedingssector is hierbij een sterke troef.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Technisch aangelegd met goed inzicht in productieprocessen en machines.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is vereist of vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een klein team (ongeveer 10 medewerkers).
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om medewerkers op een positieve manier te motiveren.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en goede kennis van Engels.
  • Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Verantwoordelijk, hands-on en niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
