Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde TIG-lasser die niet alleen vakmanschap hoog in het vaandel draagt, maar ook een passie heeft voor het creëren van hoogwaardige metalen producten en constructies.

Wat houdt jouw functie in?

Als TIG-lasser ben je verantwoordelijk voor het lassen en voorbereiden van inox onderdelen en constructies. Je werkt met precisie en zorgt ervoor dat elk product voldoet aan de strenge kwaliteitsnormen. Beantwoordt de volgende vragen met 'ja' om te zien of jij de geschikte kandidaat bent:

  • Heb jij ervaring met TIG-lassen?
  • Ben je in staat om technische tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren?
  • Vind je het belangrijk om in een veilige werkomgeving te werken?

In jouw rol voer je de volgende taken uit:

  • Je last inox producten en constructies met behulp van de TIG-techniek.
  • Je bereidt de stukken voor en zorgt ervoor dat alles gereed is voor het lasproces.
  • Je controleert je werk en waarborgt een nauwkeurige en kwalitatieve afwerking.
  • Je denkt proactief mee met collega's over de meest geschikte lasmethodes en verbeteringen in het productieproces.
  • Je leest technische tekeningen en houdt rekening met de juiste afmetingen en lassymbolen.
  • Je werkt volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften en draagt bij aan een veilige werkomgeving.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar iemand die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur in metaalbewerking of lassen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met TIG-lassen en bent bereid je hierin verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt interesse in fijn en precies laswerk.
  • Je kunt technische plannen en tekeningen lezen en hebt kennis van lassymbolen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend en gaat uitdagingen niet uit de weg.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die collega's helpt waar nodig.
