Sta jij open voor een rol waarin je als chauffeur aan de slag gaat en tegelijkertijd verantwoordelijk bent voor de coördinatie van distributieactiviteiten? Als je op deze vragen volmondig ja kunt zeggen, dan hebben wij de perfecte uitdaging voor jou als distributiecoördinator!

In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij een sleutelpersoon binnen ons team. Je coördineert de distributieactiviteiten en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, terwijl je ook actief als chauffeur opereert. Denk jij dat je deze verantwoordelijkheden kunt aan? Ben je bereid om in de nacht te werken en ook op de werkvloer aanwezig te zijn wanneer dat nodig is? Als dat zo is, willen we graag met jou in gesprek.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

  • distributieroutes plannen en optimaliseren
  • nieuwe klanten integreren in bestaande routes
  • operationele wijzigingen doorvoeren

Tevens zorg je voor een nauwkeurige administratie:

  • de gewerkte uren en prestaties van chauffeurs bijhouden
  • administratie beheren, zoals retouren en klantendossiers
  • facturen gerelateerd aan distributie controleren en goedkeuren

Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die zich herkennen in het volgende profiel:

  • een geldig rijbewijs van categorie C of CE, inclusief code 95, medische keuring en chauffeurskaart
  • minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als chauffeur (ervaring in distributie is een pré)
  • goede beheersing van het Nederlands en het Frans
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een goed gevoel voor de chauffeursomgeving
  • georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
  • flexibel en bereid om 's nachts te werken
