  • Meebouwen aan chat.trixxo.be: onze eigen AI-chatomgeving met een assistent en kennisbank per business unit
  • MCP-koppelingen bouwen en beheren tussen Claude en onze centrale datalaag op Snowflake, met toegang per gebruiker via Entra ID (wie vraagt, ziet alleen wat mag)
  • Datapipelines opzetten in Azure Data Factory: databanken, CSV's en Excel-bestanden dagelijks automatisch naar Snowflake laden
  • Tools die collega's zelf met AI bouwden (gevibe-code projecten) valideren vóór ze breder gaan: code doorlichten, rechten en datatoegang checken, en klaarmaken voor uitrol in GitHub, achter de TRIXXO-login
  • Overgenomen apps onderhouden ná de adoptie: bugs fixen, updates doorvoeren en snelle AI-bouwsels refactoren naar code die over een jaar nog te onderhouden valt
  • AI-gegenereerde code reviseren en testen: jij bent de mens die tekent voor wat er in productie gaat, en niets gaat live zonder die handtekening
  • De levenscyclus mee bewaken via het toolsregister: wat draait er, op welke data, en wie is de eigenaar
  • Organisatie-skills en de data dictionary technisch onderhouden, zodat mens en AI met dezelfde definities werken
  • Korte lijnen, snelle releases: wat jij deze maand bouwt, gebruiken honderden collega's volgende maand
  • Je bent AI-native: je bouwt dagelijks met tools zoals Claude Code, Codex, Copilot en haalt daar snelheid uit die anderen niet halen
  • Je weet wat vibe coding is, én waarom het pas af is na revisie: je leest, begrijpt, test en verbetert voor iets naar productie gaat
  • Andermans code lezen vind je even normaal als zelf schrijven: ook code die een collega met AI in elkaar zette, neem jij met plezier onder handen
  • Git is je tweede natuur: branches, pull requests en code review vind je vanzelfsprekend, geen administratie
  • Je schrijft vlot Python of TypeScript/JavaScript (minstens één van beide) en kent basis-SQL
  • Je weet alles over begrippen als API, SSO en MCP
  • Je hebt analytisch vermogen: je pakt een probleem vast, zoekt de oorzaak en laat het niet los tot het opgelost is
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; technische documentatie in het Engels schrikt je niet af
  • Een diploma is mooi, maar wat je kan tonen zegt ons meer: een GitHub-profiel, eigen projecten of iets dat je met AI bouwde, neem het zeker mee
