Samenwerking met je District Manager

Je werkt nauw samen met je District Manager. Aan hem/haar rapporteer je je cijfermatige resultaten, je prioriteiten en de acties die je hebt ondernomen om de doelstellingen van het kantoor te behalen.

Je bezorgt hem/haar regelmatig gestructureerde feedback over de ontwikkeling van de teamleden, ter ondersteuning van de voorbereiding van hun jaarlijkse evaluaties

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Je zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie van het kantoor en bent tegelijk in staat om complexe dossiers op te nemen wanneer jouw tussenkomst nodig is.

Je stuurt de performance van je kantoor

  • Je analyseert en volgt de KPI's en doelstellingen op en neemt de nodige acties.
  • Je identificeert ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden in jouw regio.
  • Je vergroot de lokale zichtbaarheid van het kantoor en neemt deel aan communicatie- en promotieacties.

Je stuurt je team aan

  • Je coacht en begeleidt de leden van je team in een gezonde werkomgeving.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk over je verwachtingen ten aanzien van je medewerkers en hun resultaten.
  • Je neemt deel aan het evaluatieproces van je medewerkers en bent verantwoordelijk voor hun ontwikkeling binnen TRIXXO.

Operationeel management

  • Je stemt werkmethodes op elkaar af en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte taakverdeling in functie van de behoeften van je team.
  • Je springt indien nodig bij in de front office en bij operationele taken.

Je bent een operationeel people manager, sterk resultaatgericht en in staat om je team te motiveren en te laten groeien rond duidelijke en gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen. Je weet een kader te creëren, verwachtingen duidelijk te stellen, resultaten op te volgen en medewerkers te begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling.

Je beschikt idealiter over:

  • Een bachelor en/of minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de sector van de dienstencheques
  • Een goede beheersing van standaard Office-toepassingen
  • Een goede kennis en beheersing van de dienstenchequewetgeving en de procedures met betrekking tot de sociale wetgeving
  • Een goed aanpassingsvermogen en flexibiliteit
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Een uitgesproken commerciële en ondernemende ingesteldheid
  • Een sterke resultaat- en prestatiegerichtheid
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Het vermogen om cijfers te analyseren, KPI's op te volgen en deze te vertalen naar concrete acties
  • Het vermogen om gevoelige situaties en conflicten diplomatisch en kordaat aan te pakken.
