TRM Swiss AG vertreibt in der Schweiz und in Liechtenstein hochwertige Rohrsysteme, Formstücke und Zubehör für die Trinkwasserversorgung, Wasserkraftwerke und Beschneiungsanlagen. Unsere Produkte werden von unserem Mutterhaus, der Tiroler Rohre GmbH in in Tirol, produziert.

Zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen, schlagkräftigen Teams suchen wir eine engagierte, kommunikative und technisch interessierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und den Überblick behält.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Drehscheibe und Ansprechperson: Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Aussendienst, Produktionswerk in Österreich, Stahlhandel, Sublieferanten und Endkunden.
  • Verkauf und Auftragsabwicklung: Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen, erstellst Offerten, kalkulierst Preise und begleitest Aufträge von der Anfrage bis zur Auslieferung.
  • Technische Abklärungen: Du unterstützt bei produktspezifischen Fragen, prüfst Anforderungen und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit den Beteiligten passende Lösungen.
  • Logistik und Beschaffung: Du koordinierst Liefertermine, Materialverfügbarkeit, Transporte und Wareneingänge und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.
  • Stellvertretung und Mitgestaltung: Du unterstützt die Leitung Innendienst \& Logistik und übernimmst bei Bedarf Verantwortung für operative Abläufe und bereichsübergreifende Aufgaben.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Flair oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
  • Freude daran, technische Produkte zu verstehen und dich in unsere Rohrsysteme und Anwendungen einzuarbeiten.
  • Sehr gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel; SAP\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Dienstleistungsorientierung und Geschick im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Flexibilität und Allrounder\-Mentalität: Du packst mit an, denkst mit und findest auch dann Lösungen, wenn es einmal unkompliziert und pragmatisch sein muss.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; französische Sprachkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in Auftragsabwicklung, Einkauf oder Logistik sind von Vorteil.
