Busquem un/a Enginyer/a Electrònic/a Sènior amb experiència en hardware, firmware i sistemes de radiofreqüència, que vulgui incorporar-se al nostre equip d'R+D i participar en el desenvolupament de solucions innovadores de seguretat per a entorns industrials.

Dins del grup, a la divisió d'Active Safety, desenvolupem solucions tecnològiques per prevenir accidents i millorar la seguretat en entorns industrials.

Quina serà la teva missió?

Com a Enginyer/a Electrònic/a Sènior, formaràs part del nostre equip d'R+D i tindràs un paper clau en el disseny i desenvolupament de sistemes electrònics i de radiofreqüència. Participaràs en tot el cicle de desenvolupament del producte, des de la definició inicial fins a la industrialització, aportant la teva experiència i criteri tècnic.

Què faràs en el teu dia a dia?

  • Definiràs l'arquitectura de hardware i firmware (HW/FW) i participaràs en el disseny i desenvolupament de sistemes electrònics analògics, digitals i de radiofreqüència.
  • Treballaràs en el disseny de circuits electrònics, esquemàtics i plaques PCB multicapa, aplicant criteris d'integritat de senyal, potència, RF i compatibilitat electromagnètica (EMC).
  • Desenvoluparàs i integraràs sistemes basats en microcontroladors, protocols de comunicació industrial i tecnologies sense fils.
  • Participaràs en el disseny de sistemes de radiofreqüència, la integració d'antenes i la caracterització i calibratge de sistemes de radiolocalització.
  • Validaràs els dissenys mitjançant simulacions, proves de laboratori i assajos sobre prototips i presèries, i faràs seguiment dels processos de certificació EMC/RED amb laboratoris externs.
  • Seleccionaràs components electrònics crítics i en gestionaràs el cicle de vida i l'obsolescència.
  • Col·laboraràs amb proveïdors i fabricants en els processos de validació, industrialització i documentació de fabricació.
  • Participaràs en la definició d'especificacions tècniques, la documentació del producte i la gestió de canvis, així com en la resolució de problemes tècnics en col·laboració amb l'equip d'R+D.

Quin perfil busquem?

Busquem una persona amb experiència en desenvolupament electrònic, proactiva, resolutiva i amb capacitat de treball en equip. Algú que gaudeixi dels reptes tècnics, aporti iniciativa i criteri en la presa de decisions i tingui interès per la innovació i les noves tecnologies.

Ens agradaria que tinguessis:

  • Grau o màster en Enginyeria Electrònica, Telecomunicacions o titulacions afins.
  • Almenys 5 anys d'experiència en disseny i desenvolupament de sistemes electrònics (HW/FW), amb experiència en el cicle complet de desenvolupament d'un producte.
  • Experiència en disseny de circuits electrònics i PCB amb Altium Designer, així com coneixements de simulació i validació de dissenys.
  • Coneixements de desenvolupament de firmware en C/C++, microcontroladors i sistemes RTOS o bare-metal.
  • Familiaritat amb protocols de comunicació industrial, tecnologies sense fils i sistemes de radiofreqüència.
  • Experiència en proves de laboratori, validació de prototips i normativa de compatibilitat electromagnètica (EMC).
  • Nivell d'anglès B2/C1.

Valorarem positivament si també tens experiència en:

  • Tecnologies de comunicació sense fils com UWB, BLE o sub-GHz, i disseny d'antenes.
  • Disseny de PCB multicapa, integritat de senyal i sistemes de baix consum.
  • Eines i entorns de desenvolupament com Git, Jira, Python o eines de simulació SPICE/LTspice.
  • Desenvolupament de productes electrònics per a entorns industrials exigents.
