The posting

Are you looking for a change in lifestyle and to work for a great company?  Surrounded by beautiful mountains, great walks and pristine lakes and offers a wealth of activities that could be perfect for your days off! AllWaste is seeking a Class 4 Truck Driver to join our team based in Queenstown. The role involves picking up commercial wheelie, skip and open top gantry bins, which adds real variety to your day. If you can handle a Class 4 vehicle around Queenstown without creating a viral YouTube moment, we want to speak with you. To be successful, you will need to be a team player with great customer service and a positive attitude.  Be physically fit, keen to work outdoors and ok with being hands-on? Full training will be provided, and you will work with a down-to-earth supportive team of people, in a great environment.  The successful applicant must be already in New Zealand and have valid work rights for the role as sponsorship is not available for this position. You may also be required to take a pre-employment alcohol and drug test as part of our recruitment process. The position is full time with a minimum 40 hours per week and a competitive pay rate aligned with your skills and experience. For further information before applying, please contact: Malcolm Dodds on 027-362-6005 or email to [email protected]

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
