Som bibliotekarie i Trosa kommun får du ett varierat arbete med många möten på våra två folkbibliotek och i samverkan med andra verksamheter. Vi arbetar med invånarnas behov i fokus och med särskild uppmärksamhet på bibliotekslagens prioriterade grupper. VAD INNEBÄR DITT UPPDRAG? Tillsammans med dina kollegor bemannar du både Trosa stadsbibliotek och biblioteket Navet i Vagnhärad, som tillsammans utgör en enhet. Du ger service och vägledning till både barn och vuxna besökare. Du ingår i bibliotekets barn- och ungdomsteam och arbetar med bland annat medieurval, programverksamhet, utställningar och biblioteksvisningar för förskoleklasser. Du bidrar också till att skapa en inspirerande och välkomnande barnavdelning. I tjänsten ingår samverkan med förskolor, skolor, BVC, fritidsgårdar och andra kommunala verksamheter. Vi strävar efter att öka delaktigheten för våra användare och utveckla samarbetet med andra verksamheter i kommunen.

VEM SÖKER VI? Du har en examen i biblioteks- och informationsvetenskap eller annan relevant högskoleutbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig. Servicekänsla och gott bemötande är en självklarhet för dig, och du trivs med att arbeta utåtriktat. Du har en god pedagogisk förmåga och intresse för att arbeta med personer med andra modersmål och litteratur på andra språk än svenska. För oss är det viktigt att du tycker om och är bra på att samarbeta med andra, men också att ta egna initiativ och arbeta självständigt. Du är en ansvarstagande person som ser till hela verksamhetens bästa. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av eller kunskaper om: Läsfrämjande arbete för barn och unga Programverksamhet och gruppaktiviteter Samverkan med förskola och skola Digitala bibliotekstjänster

INFORMATION OM ANSTÄLLNINGEN Anställningsform: Vikariat, ca 7 månader Omfattning: Heltid Tillträde: 1 februari 2027, eller enligt överenskommelse
