This role ensures that all reporting outputs, analytical deliverables, and measurement activities meet agency standards and client goals, and serves as the first internal escalation point for analytical challenges, data quality issues, and complex measurement questions. • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and daily guidance to Media Intelligence Associates, Analysts, and Senior Analysts; serve as the first escalation point for complex analytical questions, data quality concerns, and measurement strategy challenges; coach team members on professional development within agency standards.
  • Oversee daily team workflow and account assignments in coordination with the Associate Director, Media Intelligence & Operations; monitor team bandwidth and flag capacity concerns proactively; ensure all reporting deadlines and analytical deliverables across the team's portfolio are met with accuracy and quality.
  • Enforce agency standards for reporting structure, data visualization, naming conventions, and documentation across assigned BI platforms; ensure data governance and privacy compliance protocols are consistently followed across all analytical outputs.
  • Review reporting outputs and analytical deliverables from direct reports to ensure accuracy, contextual depth, and strategic relevance; provide constructive feedback that elevates the quality of the team's work and develops analytical skill across seniority levels.
  • Partner with the Associate Director, Media Intelligence & Operations to maintain and update team training materials, reporting templates, and documentation; assist with onboarding of new Media Intelligence team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions on analytical best practices and BI platform use.
  • Assist with the evaluation of new BI tools, measurement platforms, and data visualization approaches; contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Media Intelligence team; participate in cross-departmental collaboration with Integrated Planning and Campaign Operations on measurement strategy as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
