  • Strong troubleshooting skills on motors, motor controls, VFDs, and related equipment
  • Experience leading or mentoring other electricians
  • Excellent communication skills, a team-first attitude, and a strong customer-service focus
  • OSHA 10 certification and a valid Class D driver's license

  • Discretionary year-end bonus based on company profits, typically paid in February or March
  • Overtime opportunities, plus prevailing wage work on public sector projects
  • Medical coverage through Harvard Pilgrim with 60% of premiums paid by the company, plus dental and vision
  • Short-term disability and company-paid life insurance, with optional additional life and other voluntary coverage

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
