Today, we are around 450 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who wants to make a difference.

The Role

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will support the sales organization and other parts of Truesec through sales administration and the coordination of sales-related processes. The role is central to ensuring that our sales operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with internal processes, policies, and business requirements.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a variety of functions across the organization, including Sales, Finance, Legal, Expert Services, and Managed Services. You will play an important part in driving structure, quality, and efficiency throughout our business and customer-facing processes.

As the first Sales Operations Specialist in Denmark, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and develop the role locally while being part of an established team based in Stockholm and Malmö. The role includes occasional travel to our Swedish offices to support collaboration and team development.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Create and administer offers, agreements, and digital signing.
  • Manage deal registrations, incoming communication, and administrative follow-up.
  • Set up and administer projects in Visma.
  • Support Finance with data and processes to ensure accurate and efficient invoicing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and quality-assured sales processes.

Your Potential Background

We believe you are structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded, with a strong ability to combine administration, coordination, and business understanding. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy creating structure, driving initiatives forward, and ensuring that every detail is handled with care and accuracy.

You are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, have a strong attention to detail, and communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

We believe you have:

  • Experience from a similar role within Sales Operations, sales support, administration, or business coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • The ability to analyze information and translate insights into documentation, reports, and recommendations that support decision-making and follow-up.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience working with Visma, Jira, or similar finance or administration systems.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams in business-critical processes.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Danish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Danish work permit.
