Voor een groeiende en ondernemende organisatie actief binnen hospitality en projectontwikkeling zijn we op zoek naar een Hoofdboekhouder die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mee wil bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van de financiële afdeling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Hoofdboekhouder krijg je een brede en verantwoordelijke functie, waarin je zowel operationeel als analytisch het verschil maakt.

  • Boekhoudkundige aansturing: coördineren, ondersteunen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige werking.
  • Debiteuren & crediteuren: nauwgezette opvolging van openstaande klanten- en leveranciersbalansen.
  • Afsluitingen: coördineren van de maand- en jaarafsluitingen voor verschillende vennootschappen.
  • Fiscaliteit & jaarrekeningen: opstellen van jaarrekeningen en opvolgen van btw- en fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Financiële rapportering: voorbereiden van rapporteringen, analyses en financiële inzichten voor het management.
  • Budgettering & investeringen: meewerken aan budgetten en de financiële opvolging van investeringsplannen.
  • Projectcontrolling: verzorgen van analytische rapporteringen en financiële opvolging per project.
  • Samenwerking: fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe accountants en interne stakeholders.
  • Optimalisatie & automatisering: actief meedenken over efficiëntere processen, digitalisering en verdere professionalisering van finance.

Wat breng je mee?

We zoeken een zelfstandige en analytisch sterke finance professional die graag ownership neemt en zich thuis voelt in een ondernemende omgeving.

  • Opleiding: bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring: enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding of accountancy.
  • Technische kennis: sterke basis in btw, vennootschapswetgeving en fiscale verplichtingen.
  • IT-vaardigheden: vlotte kennis van Excel en Microsoft-toepassingen. Ervaring met Exact Online is een pluspunt.
  • Talenkennis: je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Persoonlijkheid: je bent communicatief, nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en denkt proactief mee met de organisatie.
  • Digital mindset: je hebt interesse in automatisering, procesverbetering en het efficiënter organiseren van financiële processen.
