Ihre neue Aufgabe

  • Als Head of Global Total Rewards tragen Sie die globale Gesamtverantwortung für Compensation, Benefits, Global Grading sowie Pay Transparency Governance und entwickeln hierfür eine zukunftsorientierte Total-Rewards-Strategie
  • In dieser Rolle steuern und harmonisieren Sie weltweite Vergütungs- und Benefits-Programme für marktgerechte, wettbewerbsfähige Strukturen und schaffen durch die Weiterentwicklung nicht monetärer Benefits sowie den Aufbau global einheitlicher Grading-Strukturen Mehrwert für die Organisation und ihre Mitarbeitenden
  • Mit Ihrer Expertise entwickeln Sie Richtlinien, Standards, Konzepte und Entscheidungslogiken für internationale HR- und Management-Kontexte und analysieren Vergütungs- sowie Marktdaten als Grundlage für wirksame Maßnahmen
  • Im engen Dialog mit Führungskräften, HR-Teams, Finance, HR-Legal und Tax sowie bei Bedarf Arbeitnehmervertretungen beraten Sie weltweite Stakeholder, behalten regulatorische Entwicklungen im Bereich Entgelttransparenz im Blick und steuern externe Berater, Anbieter sowie Initiativen zur HR-Transformation und Digitalisierung
  • Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für zentrale Vergütungs- und Benefits-Prozesse wie Merit, Bonus und Leistungsbeurteilung, während Sie zugleich die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Workday-Compensation-Moduls und seine wirksame Nutzung im globalen HR-Umfeld vorantreiben

Womit Sie uns begeistern

  • Für diese Rolle bringen Sie ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Personal, Wirtschaft, Recht, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits oder vergleichbaren globalen HR-Funktionen mit
  • In der Steuerung internationaler Vergütungs- und Benefits-Themen verfügen Sie über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Global Grading, Vergütungsarchitekturen und Governance-Strukturen
  • Durch Ihre Erfahrung mit Pay Transparency, Pay Equity und den damit verbundenen regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie eine hohe Analysekompetenz im Umgang mit Daten, Marktbenchmarks und Vergütungssystemen schaffen Sie Transparenz und Fairness
  • Mit Ihrer strategischen Denkweise und einer pragmatischen, umsetzungsorientierten Arbeitsweise verbinden Sie globale Steuerung mit operativer Umsetzbarkeit und bereiten komplexe Themen verständlich für Entscheidungen auf
  • Dank souveränem Auftreten, starker Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen gelingt es Ihnen, unterschiedliche Interessen im Dialog mit internationalen Stakeholdern auszubalancieren und anspruchsvolle Themen mit Klarheit, Verbindlichkeit und diplomatischem Geschick zu begleiten, ohne den menschlichen und kulturellen Aspekt aus dem Blick zu verlieren
